APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your final total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable and secure your time in our studio.​​

PRICING OVERVIEW

Final pricing varies based on your selected jewelry and customizations, including:

Metal Type: 14K Gold, Gold-Filled, or Sterling Silver

Charms & Connectors: Priced individually

Clasps: Available for an additional charge

Sales Tax: Applied to all purchases at checkout
Pricing is subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in metal costs and material availability. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
​
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
​
Appointments that do not begin within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time may be considered a no-show and canceled, with the deposit forfeited, unless prior arrangements have been made.

​WAIVER & AGE POLICY

All clients are required to complete a waiver prior to receiving permanent jewelry and/or ear piercing.

Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
