Permanent Jewelry Care

FOR THE PIECES THAT STAY WITH YOU THROUGH EVERYTHING

Your permanent jewelry is welded to fit you perfectly — a tiny piece of magic you never take off. With a little intentional care, it’ll stay bright, beautiful, and ready for whatever your days look like.

DAILY WEAR

Your permanent bracelet, anklet, or necklace is designed to live with you.

It’s safe for:

  • Showers

  • Gentle daily wear

  • Handwashing

  • Sleep

  • Warm water

Your piece can keep up — she just doesn’t love harsh environments.

WHAT TO AVOID

Chemicals and certain products can cause dulling or buildup, even on permanent pieces.

Try to avoid direct contact with:

  • Self-tanner

  • Sunscreen

  • Lotion

  • Perfume

  • Hair products

  • Chlorine

  • Bleach or household cleaners

  • Harsh chemical products of any kind

If you can’t avoid it, simply cover your jewelry with a sweatband, wrap, or small bandage while using these products.

A little protection goes a long way.

CLEANING YOUR PERMANENT JEWELRY

No need to remove it — just clean it right where it lives.

The best way to deep clean ANY permanent jewelry metal (gold, gold-filled, sterling, or steel):

Dawn + warm water + a soft baby toothbrush

  • Gently scrub the chain

  • Rinse thoroughly

  • Pat dry with a soft cloth

This removes product buildup and keeps everything shiny and fresh.

FOR STERLING SILVER PERMANENT JEWELRY

Silver naturally oxidizes over time — it’s completely normal.

To care for your silver:

  • Clean with Dawn + warm water + baby toothbrush

  • Dry fully

  • Use a silver polish cloth if tarnish appears

  • For deeper tarnish: a tiny amount of silver polish, wiped carefully (avoid stones)

Silver looks brand new again with just a little attention.

IF YOUR PERMANENT JEWELRY BREAKS

Life happens — chains can snag on clothing, kids, pets, bags, or gym equipment.

Here’s how it works:

  • If it breaks at the weld, rewelds are covered if you made your purchase with us.

  • If the chain itself breaks, a repair or replacement may be needed.

Either way, just message me.

I always take care of my clients.

A LITTLE MAGIC, A LITTLE CARE

Your permanent jewelry becomes part of your story — through good days, messy days, beach days, adventures, and routines.

Treat it with a little intention, and it will shine right back at you.
