Yes! We regularly travel to Southern Massachusetts (Westport, Dartmouth, Seekonk) and select areas of Connecticut including Mystic and Stonington. Just reach out with your details and we’ll do our best to accommodate your event.

Each guest chooses a custom-fit, clasp-free bracelet, anklet, or necklace. We bring 20+ chain styles in 14K gold, gold-filled, and sterling silver, along with 100+ charms and connectors for personalization. Clasps are also available upon request for guests who prefer a non-permanent option.

What happens if a guest can't attend my permanent jewelry party?

Life happens! If a guest can’t make it, they’re welcome to book a studio appointment in Lincoln, RI, or visit us at a pop-up to get their permanent jewelry. Please note: private parties require a minimum of 5 pieces purchased. If your group falls below this, reach out so we can adjust your booking.

How do deposits and payments work?

We offer two permanent jewelry party experiences:

Hosted Permanent Jewelry Bar (Host-Paid Event): For events where one person or company is covering all costs, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance and final guest count are due one week before the event. Larger events (20+ guests) may qualify for custom packages or special pricing.

À La Carte Permanent Jewelry Bar (Guest-Paid Event): For parties where each guest pays individually, a $100 deposit secures your date. This deposit acts as a credit on the day of your party.

We accept credit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay and Google Pay for total flexibility.

What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

We understand plans change. As long as you contact us (https://www.bijouxxbrie.com/contact)at least 14 days before your event, your deposit can be applied to a future date or purchase. Deposits are non-refundable, as your date is reserved exclusively for you and we turn away other bookings once confirmed.

How much space is needed for a permanent jewelry party?

Our setup is compact and stylish: a 4 ft. by 2 ft. table plus a 2.5 ft. shelf display. We also provide professional tools and jewelry displays. Most homes, venues, and businesses can easily accommodate our setup — but if you have space concerns, let’s chat about flexible options.

Do guests need to sign a waiver?

Yes. All clients, including adults, must sign a waiver prior to their jewelry being welded. Minors need a parent or guardian present to sign.

Do you offer permanent jewelry for kids?

Yes! We offer welded permanent jewelry to minors ages 13 and up, with a parent or guardian present. Children under 13 are welcome to join the fun but must choose a clasped option instead of a weld. Clasps for kids under 13 are always free, though availability may vary.

Every permanent jewelry purchase from bijoux x brie includes one complimentary re-weld for life if the weld fails. If the chain itself breaks, additional repairs may be available for a small fee. Clasps are also available upon request if you prefer a non-permanent closure.
