Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY We’re so excited to create something special with you at the Charm Bar. A $25 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final total at checkout. HOW PRICING WORKS Charm Bar pricing is based on the piece selected and the number of charms included. Upgrades and additional charms are available and added to your total at checkout. Your booking deposit will be deducted from your final purchase at the end of your appointment. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Charm Bar appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the $25 booking deposit as a cancellation fee. • Appointments canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
