Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & BOOKING POLICY We’re so excited to create something special with you! Your $25 deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward your final total at checkout. HOW PRICING WORKS Your final total will depend on your permanent jewelry or custom piece, including: ✔ Metal Type – Choose from 14K Gold, Gold-Filled, or Sterling Silver. ✔ Charms & Connectors – Most range between $25 - $35. ✔ Clasps – Available for an additional $20 - $25. ✔ Sales Tax – Applied to all purchases at checkout. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. If you need to adjust your appointment, just give us a call or text at 401-400-1302—we’re happy to help! WAIVER & AGE POLICY ✔ All clients must sign a waiver before receiving permanent jewelry. ✔ Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
